Therapy for you in the middle of big changes
Therapy for anxiety, depression, and life transitions for adults, professionals, college students, grad students, and young professionals. Helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and connection. In Shelton, CT and across four states.
Four States. One Familiar Face.
School, work, or a move can change your address. Our sessions can continue when you move between these four states.
You can spend the school year in one and summer in another without starting over with a new therapist, as long as you’re physically in a licensed state for each appointment.
Who I Work With
I work with adults 18 and up, especially those in their 20s, 30s and 40s who are looking for a different way forward.

Anxiety and Stress
When future worries and second guessing keep taking up your day.

Depression
For the overwhelm, pulling away, and motivation that feels out of reach.

Life Transitions
Moving, changing careers, or deciding what comes next for you.

College and Grad Students
Support through college and grad school, and the demands of internships, practicums, and residency

Young Professionals
New jobs, big decisions, and figuring out your own direction.

New Parents
Room to talk about parental overwhelm and your changing day-to-day life.
Sound Familiar?
You don’t need a perfectly organized explanation. We can start with what has been happening in your week.
You keep worrying about the future and picturing what could go wrong.
You want someone outside your life to help you check that you’re on track.
Small things feel overwhelming, then you pull away and lose motivation.
A New State Doesn’t Have to Mean a New Therapist
A school year in one state and summer in another. A new job across a state line. I’m licensed in CT, MA, NJ, and RI, so we can keep working together while life changes.
You must be physically in one of those states at the time of each session.

What Would You Like to Change?
We might work on less people pleasing, sounder judgment about risk, or feeling more confident in decisions. I won’t promise an outcome. We’ll use your goals to guide our conversations and the practical work we do in sessions.
Let’s Talk About What’s Been on Your Mind
